1. Data controller

2. Data we process
Quotes and trip arrangements process the route, time, passengers and supplied phone or email; name is optional. The assistant receives messages and the separate form data. Only with analytics consent does it also receive session actions, page views and field changes. Voice goes to OpenAI via WebRTC; text and speech synthesis may use Vercel AI Gateway. Interpreter phrases go to AI but are not added to bookings or emailed to the manager.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use data to quote, arrange and provide a transfer, answer questions and secure the service. Processing is based on steps before a contract, performance of a contract, your consent or our legitimate interest in protecting the service.
4. Service providers
Data may be processed by providers needed to operate the service: Vercel (hosting and AI Gateway), the selected AI model provider, Resend (email), and map services based on OpenStreetMap, Photon, Nominatim and OSRM. They receive only the data needed for the requested operation.
5. Retention
Only with separate unfinished-chat follow-up consent may a conversation containing your contact be emailed automatically to the manager via Resend; activity is included only with analytics consent. Explicitly sending a booking request or message does not require automatic follow-up consent. Clearing chat removes local history and blocks its further automatic sending, but does not remove delivered emails, logs or the separate form. Contact the operator for deletion requests. Email and log retention depends on purposes, legal obligations and provider settings and still needs clarification by the operator.
6. Cookies and device storage
Privacy choices are stored in localStorage for up to 180 days. Language may be stored in a cookie; form, chat and consented activity in tab sessionStorage. PWA caches site files. Optional analytics and automatic follow-up are off until consent. Vercel Analytics and our events run only with the analytics choice. Change or withdraw consent through Privacy settings in the footer. Necessary storage, request processing and abuse protection remain available without optional consent.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You can withdraw consent at any time and lodge a complaint with the Polish Data Protection Authority.
8. Transfers and updates
Vercel, OpenAI, Resend and map providers may process relevant request data, including outside the EEA. The operator must confirm specific recipients, retention and international transfer mechanisms. Do not enter unnecessary sensitive data. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, object, withdraw consent and complain to Poland’s UODO, subject to applicable law.
